Job summary

White Cloak Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced RPA Developer to build and enhance automation in the banking and financial services sector, focusing on Blue Prism-based processes across QA, UAT, and production environments.

You will design, develop, test, document, and deploy bots, maintain reusable components, and continuously explore new RPA features and best practices to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in RPA development using Blue Prism.
• Experience in process analysis, design, and automation delivery and support.
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and other office productivity applications for Blue Prism interface.
• Programming knowledge in C# and .Net framework.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Enhance existing automations to address process and system changes.
• Design and develop RPA solutions using Blue Prism software.
• Maintain reusable components and adhere to development best practices.
• Perform unit and integration testing, and support user testing.
• Troubleshoot and fix defects identified during testing and post-deployment.
• Assist with bot deployment to QA, UAT, and production environments.
• Prepare RPA documentation from process analysis to closure.
• Research new RPA features, tools, and automation best practices.
