Job summary

RippedBoxStation in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Junior Developer (RPA) to join the automation team. You will develop and maintain RPA bots using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, and assist in automating business processes and repetitive tasks.

You will configure workflows, orchestrators, and bot schedules, perform testing and debugging, and troubleshoot production incidents. Collaboration with analysts, QA, and stakeholders is required, along with documentation and adherence to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in RPA development or automation.
• Basic knowledge of UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar RPA platforms.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts, SQL, APIs, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
