Job summary

NA1 is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism. You will work with process owners to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable bots that improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in RPA development.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.
• Knowledge of the RPA development lifecycle from analysis to support.
• Experience in bot development, debugging, and production support.
• Experience integrating RPA with web, desktop apps, Excel and databases.
• SQL, APIs and basic scripting are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
