Job summary

White Cloak Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to enhance and develop automation solutions within the banking and financial services sector using Blue Prism. You will ensure solutions meet business requirements and deploy across environments.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions, maintaining components, and documenting processes while collaborating with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in RPA development using Blue Prism.
• Experience with process analysis, design, and automation delivery and support.
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and other office productivity applications for Blue Prism interface.
• Programming knowledge in C# and .Net framework.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Enhance existing automations to address process and system changes.
• Design and develop RPA solutions using Blue Prism software.
• Maintain reusable components and adhere to development best practices.
• Perform unit and integration testing, and support user testing.
• Troubleshoot and fix defects identified during testing and post-deployment.
• Assist with bot deployment to QA, UAT, and production environments.
• Prepare RPA documentation from process analysis to closure.
• Monitor bot executions and respond to failures or alerts.
• Research new RPA features, tools, and automation best practices.
