Job summary

RippedBoxStation is seeking an entry‑level RPA Developer to design, build, and maintain Robotic Process Automation bots using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. You will automate business processes, configure workflows, and ensure reliable execution with testing and debugging support.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and stakeholders to capture requirements, document designs, and follow development standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in RPA development, software development, or automation.
• Basic knowledge of UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar RPA platforms.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts, SQL, APIs, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
