Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking a Senior Support Specialist for Global Archer Services to enhance risk operations through Power BI, Power Automate and Archer administration. You will document processes, create dashboards, and assist in automation initiatives within the GRIT function.

The role requires strong documentation skills, stakeholder collaboration, and knowledge of OSFI BCM. Hybrid work arrangement in Manila, with HR support for accommodations.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in operational risk or related governance.
• Strong knowledge of OSFI E-21 / BCM concepts.
• Hands-on RSA Archer administration and user access management.
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboards and analysis.
• Power Automate proficiency for workflow automation.
• Excellent Visio and process documentation skills.
• Experience documenting processes, controls and SOPs.
• Ability to identify automation and AI-driven improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence.
• Knowledge of financial services and insurance operations.

Responsibilities

• Document and lead business process documentation.
• Create dashboards in Power BI and develop solutions with Power Automate.
• Develop flow charts with Visio to represent processes and controls.
• Provide Archer admin support, perform UAT/Prod testing, manage Archer access.
• Assist in reengineering processes via automation and AI.
