Job summary

Manulife Insurance Malaysia is seeking a Global Archer Support Specialist to join the GRIT team. You will provide Archer platform support, develop PowerApps and automation solutions, create dashboards and reporting tools, and maintain risk, control, and business process documentation that supports Global Risk operations.

You will design and maintain PowerApps, Power BI dashboards, and Power Automate workflows, perform control analysis, ensure data quality, and support testing activities across

• Experience in operational risk management or technical support.
• Hands-on PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate and Visio.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications with testing and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide Archer platform admin support including user access and incident resolution.
• Design and maintain PowerApps, Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows.
• Create and maintain risk, control, and process documentation with Visio.
• Support testing activities including UAT and production testing and document solutions.
• Manage service tickets end-to-end and share knowledge for excellence.
