Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Senior Support Specialist in Global Archer Services to support Global Risk within the GRIT function. You will leverage Power BI, Power Automate, and Archer administration to enhance governance and automate processes across teams.

Responsibilities include documenting business processes, building dashboards, conducting UAT/Prod testing, and enabling AI-driven improvements with risk-focused controls. An Equal Opportunity Employer, Manulife values inclusion and growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operational risk, risk management, or related governance functions.
• Strong understanding of OSFI E-21 BCM and its connections to crisis management, incident management, disaster recovery, and third-party risk management.
• Hands-on RSA Archer administration, including user access management, UAT/production testing, and data quality monitoring.
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboards, reporting, and analytics.
• Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation and process improvement.
• Strong documentation skills using Visio and other tools.
• Experience documenting processes, workflows, controls, SOPs, and flowcharts.
• Ability to identify and implement AI-driven improvements in processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation of business processes with clarity and precision.
• Create dashboards in Power BI and utilize Power Automate to enhance solutions.
• Use Visio to develop flow charts representing processes and controls across teams.
• Provide Archer admin support, conduct UAT and production testing, and manage access security.
• Assist in reengineering processes through automation and AI-driven improvements.
