Job summary

NightOwl Consulting is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our Operations team on a permanent, full-time basis in the Philippines. You will transform developed architectural concepts into detailed, buildable BIM packages using Revit, while coordinating with senior leadership on technical design development and reviews.

Qualifications

8+ years of architectural technical experience in luxury hospitality, safari lodges, high-end residential, bespoke architecture.
Demonstrated ability to resolve complex architectural junctions on built projects.
Experience coordinating architectural work with structural and MEP disciplines.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain accurate, coordinated Revit BIM models through design, construction documentation, and site coordination stages.
Model complex and bespoke architectural elements including steel/aluminum structures, tensile membranes, insulated panels, glazing systems, timber finishes, and more.
Produce GA plans, elevations, sections, and enlarged construction details directly from the model.
Develop 3D junctions and interface studies to resolve non-standard construction conditions.
Proactively identify and resolve clashes across architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Incorporate consultant, supplier, and fabricator information into the coordinated BIM environment.
Maintain model organization, naming conventions, drawing standards, and BIM protocols.
Support the design team with 3D studies of bespoke details and material interfaces.
