Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our Operations team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will transform developed architectural concepts into detailed, buildable technical packages using Revit, not just for documentation.

You will coordinate with senior leadership on design development, reviews, and multidisciplinary coordination. This role suits a technically strong professional who can own complex details from design

Qualifications

8+ years of architectural technical experience.
Experience resolving complex architectural junctions on built projects.
Experience coordinating architectural work with structural and MEP disciplines.
Experience with luxury hospitality, safari lodges, high-end residential projects.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain accurate, coordinated Revit BIM models through design, construction documentation, and site coordination stages.
Model complex and bespoke architectural elements including steel and extruded aluminum structures, tensile membranes, insulated panel systems, and timber finishes.
Produce GA plans, elevations, sections, and enlarged construction details from the model.
Develop 3D junctions and interface studies to resolve non-standard construction conditions.
Proactively identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues across architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Incorporate consultant, supplier, and fabricator information into the coordinated BIM environment.
Maintain model organization, naming conventions, drawing standards, and BIM protocols.
Support the design team with 3D studies of bespoke details and material interfaces.
