NightOwl Consulting Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our Operations team on a permanent, full-time basis in the Philippines.

You will translate developed architectural concepts into detailed, buildable technical packages using Revit, and collaborate with senior leadership on design development and coordination for international projects. This role requires taking ownership of complex architectural details, resolving junctions, and ensuring

Qualifications

• 8+ years of architectural technical experience with exposure to luxury hospitality, safari lodges, and high-end residential projects.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex architectural junctions on built projects beyond visualization.
• Experience coordinating architectural work with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Proactive, independent, detail-oriented and collaborative across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain accurate, coordinated Revit BIM models through design, construction documentation, and site coordination.
• Model complex architectural elements such as steel structures, tensile membranes, insulated panels, and joinery finishes.
• Produce GA plans, elevations, sections, and enlarged details from the model.
• Develop 3D junctions and interface studies to resolve non-standard construction conditions.
• Identify and resolve clashes across architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Incorporate consultant, supplier, and fabricator information into the BIM environment.
• Maintain model organization, naming conventions, drawing standards, and BIM protocols.
• Support design team with 3D studies of bespoke details and material interfaces.
