Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit for design and modeling.
• Knowledge of Twinmotion for rendering (preferred).
• Experience designing homes/treehouses or similar structures.
• Client-facing or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in designing homes, treehouses, or similar structures.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required; knowledge of Twinmotion is a plus.
• Strong architectural design abilities with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of structural engineering principles, particularly related to wood construction.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles or sales-related environments.
