Job summary

Nightowl Consulting in the Philippines seeks an experienced architectural designer to craft homes, treehouses, or similar structures, using Autodesk Revit as a core tool. You will translate client needs into creative, buildable concepts, engage stakeholders, and manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.

Experience in client-facing environments is a plus, and knowledge of Twinmotion is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing homes, treehouses, or similar structures.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required; knowledge of Twinmotion is a plus.
• Basic understanding of structural engineering principles, particularly related to wood construction.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles or sales-related environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
