Job summary
MicroSourcing is seeking an Architectural Designer to develop construction documentation, create 3D renderings, and communicate design concepts for Commercial and Residential projects at its Eastwood City site in Quezon City. The role requires 5–10+ years of experience, Revit BIM expertise, and a strong portfolio.
The candidate will work onsite with a permanent US night shift, coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams, and contribute to project success while meeting timelines and quality
Qualifications
- 5 to 10+ years of professional architectural design experience covering Commercial and Residential projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and hands-on experience in BIM modeling and workflow integration.
- Strong digital portfolio showcasing professional architectural drawings, detailed construction sets, and 3D renderings.
- Ability to work onsite at Eastwood, Quezon City on a permanent US night shift schedule.
- 3 professional references from previous managers or project leaders.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive construction documentation, including detailed architectural elevations, wall sections, and structural section details.
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings and deliver project support within target timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Apply US building codes, life safety regulations, and zoning laws accurately across all design phases and project documentation.
- Create 3D renderings, visual models, and client-ready presentation materials to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Coordinate across engineering and design disciplines to resolve spatial clashes and maintain seamless project documentation alignment.
