S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Revenue Execution to drive renewal success across D&R and RVS portfolios. You will partner with revenue leaders and Account Managers, manage end-to-end renewal processes, and ensure accurate contracts and forecasts.

This role emphasizes client relationships, upskilling, and collaboration with global teams to uphold revenue goals and customer satisfaction. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in SaaS or a similar business environment.
• Proven commitment to excellence and delivering results with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and continuous improvement mindset.
• English fluency and client-facing experience, preferably with retention & negotiation exposure.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and related data tools.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a partner and retention champion for Revenue leadership using the Renewal Framework.
• Understand end-to-end renewal processes across product portfolios and guide Account Managers.
• Manage renewal prep, quotes, documentation, and billing coordination where applicable.
• Ensure accuracy of contracts, pricing, terms, and client information; obtain stakeholder approvals.
• Document renewal activity in Salesforce to provide revenue forecasts to leadership.
• Identify renewal risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate delays.
• Promote enablement tools and advise on pricing, packaging, and upsell opportunities.
• Facilitate signing of agreements and coordinate PO requirements with collections where needed.
• Disseminate AR reports to address latent payments and support renewal timelines.
