Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence seeks a Sr. Specialist, Revenue Execution to drive retention and renewals across the product portfolio. You’ll partner with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable revenue outcomes.

You will own end-to-end renewal processes, advise on pricing and packaging, and ensure accurate invoicing and timely signatures, while building a world-wide collaborative network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in SaaS or a similar business environment.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels—internally and externally.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and a focus on innovation and efficiency.
• Self-starter who takes initiative, brings ideas to life, and drives independent execution.
• English fluency; client-facing experience preferred.
• Sales, Support, or Enablement background preferred.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant data management and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Revenue leadership to support retention activities using the Customer Retention Framework.
• Develop a deep understanding of the renewal process across the product portfolio and guide Account Managers as needed.
• Manage end-to-end retention: renewal prep, configuration of quotes, documentation, and billing coordination.
• Ensure contracts have correct terms, pricing, and client information; obtain required approvals.
• Document renewal activity in Salesforce for accurate revenue forecasts to Senior Leadership.
• Identify and escalate renewal risks and propose solutions with Account Management and Leadership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely renewals and escalate delays.
• Promote enablement tools and advise on pricing, packaging, and retention opportunities.
• Ensure timely submission of agreements and signatures; handle countersignature workflow.
• Verify invoices and collaborate with collections on outstanding payments; handle PO requirements.
• Disseminate monthly AR reports to address latent payments.
