Job summary

Esusu Inc. is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to join the Revenue Operations Team. The role focuses on driving efficiency across GTM processes, Salesforce governance, and data integrity to enable revenue growth.

You will manage cross-functional projects, optimize the RevOps toolkit (including Apollo.io and Salesforce), and deliver executive reporting for partner reviews, all while supporting a remote-first PH-based team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations or a Revenue Team.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience with large data management and data analysis via spreadsheets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic Project Manager translating GTM requirements into user stories and manage sprint backlog.
• Govern Salesforce opportunity lifecycle ensuring deals are accurate and compliant before closure.
• Own data governance across tools and maintain a clean revenue pipeline.
• Own Revenue Tools configuration and usage (Apollo.io, Salesforce) to optimize outbound sales.
• Prepare standardized external partner reports and support quarterly partner reviews.
