Qualifications

• Experience in (retail) securities processing.
• Sound business and tax experience in securities.
• High affinity for securities and continuous improvement mindset.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Process internal and external securities transfers.
• Process securities account bookings and coordinate delivery routes.
• Tax settlement of securities transactions.
• Process and monitor the settlement.
• Process securities account deletions.
• Process securities instructions (delivery against payment/free of payment) domestically and cross-border.
• Analyze information and notifications from depositories and relay to customers and internal streams.
• Serve as point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners in Germany and overseas.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks such as test activities.
• Participate in projects and maintain/process quality improvements.
