Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Project Management Manager to lead end-to-end creative and digital delivery programs across multiple teams and geographies. The role emphasizes strategic and operational leadership, resource planning, client engagement, and governance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets client expectations and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has deep program management experience, strong stakeholder skills, and a proven track record of developing project managers

Qualifications

• 9–12 years in project or program management, preferably in creative/marketing or digital delivery.
• Proven experience managing large-scale cross-functional projects or multiple client programs.
• Led, mentored, and developed project managers, leads, and coordinators.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance, planning, and process improvement.
• Experience in budget monitoring, forecasting, reporting, risk management, and compliance.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decisive communication skills.
• Ability to align execution with business objectives and client requirements.
• Experience with PM platforms, reporting tools, and collaboration systems.
• Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/PMI-ACP/SAFe or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of large-scale creative, marketing, and digital delivery programs.
• Set objectives, plans, metrics, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Monitor performance, address risks, bottlenecks, and corrective actions.
• Ensure SLAs, quality standards, and client commitments are met.
