Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Senior Analyst to support financial operations and site documentation across 50+ sites from Manila. You will audit daily paperwork, compare figures with system entries, and log outcomes in Excel.

Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and email/phone communications with stores and Territory Managers is essential. You'll use Box for uploading, renaming, filing, and navigating folders, and run reports in PDI to review DRSA and DRE processes.

Qualifications

• Finance/Accounting degree required.
• Audit/GL/Reports experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review daily paperwork for 50+ sites and log results in Excel.
• Upload all paperwork to Box and maintain filing accuracy.
• Run reports in PDI (DRSA and DRE) for analysis.
• Conduct weekly site audits and correct entry errors.
• Escalate issues per documented processes and communicate with sites/TMs.
