Qualifications

• 4+ years in reporting, analytics, BI or HR/recruitment reporting.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with client services or HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of recurring client reporting per SLAs.
• Be the primary analytics resource for accounts and stakeholders.
• Handle ad hoc requests with data accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, templates, and visualizations.
• Support monthly billing reconciliation and related templates.
• Present findings clearly and mentor junior analysts.
