Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking a data analyst to collect, clean, and analyze data from diverse sources. You will build dashboards and reports to inform marketing, sales, and operations decisions in a hybrid setting based in Mandaluyong.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Ops teams, present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, and continuously improve data governance, quality, and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years experience in data analysis, data engineering, or business intelligence roles.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Experience in industries such as e-commerce, marketing, or finance is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
• Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Superset).
• Basic programming knowledge in Python or R (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Gather data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation for analysis-ready datasets.
• Assist in development and maintenance of databases and data systems.
• Conduct statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Create and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Present data clearly using charts, graphs, and tables to stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and timeliness of reports delivered to stakeholders.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other teams to understand data needs.
• Provide analytical support and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to data-use discussions.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies to maintain quality and integrity.
• Follow established data governance policies and document data sources and processes.
• Stay up to date with analytics trends and continuously improve skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.
• Improve data quality, documentation, and governance practices.
