Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or sales.
• Experience with high-volume calling.

Responsibilities

• Sell renewals/services for a dedicated territory to meet revenue quota.
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Develop product knowledge and technical understanding to assess client requirements.
• Manage customer concerns and objections to retain or win customers.
• Handle high volume of outbound calls and emails daily.
• Maintain CRM to capture relevant data.
• Participate in lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks and renewals.
• Collaborate with team and management to ensure a professional customer experience.
