Job summary

Vena Group in the Philippines seeks a seasoned professional to lead and support development activities for Renewable Energy projects, from inception to shovel-ready status. You will manage budgets, coordinate with partners and regulators, and ensure compliance with company standards while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across communities and authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or any related course.
• At least 5 years in Project Development of Renewable Energy projects.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and effective in managing multiple projects.
• Able to foster relationships across diverse backgrounds and positions.
• Experienced in stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).

Responsibilities

• Manage and support in the execution of development activities for assigned project(s), from inception to shovel-ready status.
• Consolidate budget requests of workstream owners and prepare the annual project budget, and monitor spend-to-dates.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants for environmental, technical, financial studies and other required documents.
• Establish, manage, and maintain relations with project partners, host communities, local government, and stakeholders.
• Update project trackers and review board papers and directives from the Board.
• Lead or assist in regulatory activities: prepare and submit applications, track status, and maintain regulatory knowledge.
