Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd, a leading Australian vertical SaaS company, is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to manage 10–12 clients across Australia and New Zealand. You will handle bank and supplier reconciliations, journal entries, payroll, and weekly client reports from a secure server, working remotely from the Philippines.

Australian accounting experience is a bonus, but strong accounting knowledge and adaptability matter most.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting fundamentals and accuracy in financial records.
• Good understanding of journals and the General Ledger.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of 10–12 clients across Australia and New Zealand.
• Conduct bank and supplier reconciliations, supplier payments, journals and payroll.
• Prepare weekly reports and maintain smooth financial operations for clients.
• Operate at about 85% capacity while handling urgent requests.
