Job summary

JAM Seafoods Inc. seeks a seasoned refrigeration supervisor with 3–5 years hands-on exp in industrial refrigeration and 1–2 years in a leadership role. Must hold TESDA RAC NCII and have strong skills in troubleshooting, system controls, and maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on refrigeration experience in industrial/commercial setups.
• 1–2 years supervisory or team-leader experience.
• Experience with cold storage, blast freezers, chillers, ice plants, or food-refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead refrigeration technicians and implement preventive/corrective maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot refrigeration and electrical problems and monitor systems.
