Job summary

Vector Outsourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager in Manila to oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, coordinate staffing needs with department heads, and drive hiring targets with a focus on sourcing and process improvement.

You will coach the recruitment team, report progress to senior management, and ensure compliance with labor regulations while implementing effective sourcing partnerships and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years in supervision/leadership and volume hiring.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, and hiring targets.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing channels, and best practices.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment operations and timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads on staffing needs and priorities.
• Establish recruitment priorities and monitor open vacancies.
• Provide coaching and performance evaluations to recruitment team.
• Report progress and hiring challenges to leadership (Chief People Officer/HR Manager).
• Develop sourcing strategies through schools, job fairs, PESO offices, and partners.
• Manage recruitment platforms, trackers, and ATS usage; ensure compliance with policies.
