The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on full-cycle recruitment execution to meet client requirements.

• Proven leadership in building and scaling recruitment teams.
• Hands-on delivery across sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with client needs.
• Lead onsite provincial hiring while supporting Metro Manila markets.
• Coordinate with clients on requirements, timelines, and feedback.
• Conduct hands-on recruitment activities and manage ATS data discipline.
• Develop partnerships with universities and communities for talent pipelines.
