Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and initial recruitment activities for various positions.
• Source qualified candidates via Facebook, LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and other platforms.
• Interview, screen, and assess candidates; provide evaluations and notes.
• Mentor Talent Acquisition Associate and other junior recruiters.
• Improve recruitment processes, documentation, and templates; monitor metrics.
