Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for its food trading business. You will partner with sales, operations, supply chain, quality assurance, and leadership teams to attract, assess, and hire high-caliber professionals—including trade specialists, procurement, logistics, sales, quality control, and managerial roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years progressive recruitment experience; at least 3 years in-house or agency recruitment within FMCG, food trading, logistics, import-export, or supply chain.
• Proven track record filling commercial, operational, and technical roles in the food sector.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and recruitment best practices.
• Advanced English proficiency; Filipino/regional dialects are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all levels: entry, professional, supervisory, and senior/leadership roles in sales & distribution, procurement & sourcing, import-export, logistics & warehousing, quality assurance, finance, and operations.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines; advise on market availability, compensation benchmarks, and realistic timelines.
• Source proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, job boards, referrals, trade associations, and direct outreach—especially for hard-to-fill food-trade-specific roles.
• Screen resumes, conduct competency-based interviews, assess industry knowledge (e.g., food safety, import regulations, supply chain), and present shortlisted candidates with clear evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offer negotiations, conduct reference/background checks, and ensure smooth onboarding handover.
