Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing-sector clients in the Philippines. You will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to drive strategic sourcing, create strong candidate experiences, and build resilient talent pools while advising on market trends.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in commercial recruitment within industrial settings, with a proven track record in volume hiring and executive stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience with recruiting Commercial roles in the industrial setting in the manufacturing sector preferred.
• Proven years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, volume recruitment, talent mapping and talent pooling.
• Experience recruiting in the manufacturing sector OR recruiting for Commercial roles locally.
• Expert level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing, utilizing multiple sourcing channels and approaches.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle. Preferred to have background in Commercial roles in the Philippines; Sales/Marketing.
• Managing multiple stakeholders and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process.
• Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements.
• Develop impeccable candidate experiences and drive brand engagement.
• Build, nurture and grow your strategic talent pools.

Senior Recruiter

Join a high performing and best-in-class Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Recruiter and help us drive end to end recruitment for one of our clients in the Manufacturing sector. This role will give you the chance to work with a range of stakeholders and build strategic relationships with business counterparts and leaders.

You will play a pivotal role in providing expertise on end-to-end recruiting, partnering with your colleagues, and hiring managers to promote and educate others around the use of strategic sourcing methods and provide great candidate experience.

You have excellent stakeholder management and adept at client facing with efficient strategic sourcing skills.

What you'll do:

• Experience recruiting in the manufacturing sector OR recruiting for Commercial roles locally

• Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
