WrkPod is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for our growing portfolio of clients in the Philippines. You will bridge top Filipino talent with global businesses by implementing sophisticated sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

The role covers full-cycle recruitment, collaboration with hiring managers, passive sourcing, thorough screenings, pipeline development, and onboarding support in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment within BPO, RPO, or headhunting.
• Proven track record hiring for IT, creative, admin and exec roles.
• Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine labor market and compensation trends.
• Excellent English communication for stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial intake meetings to final offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and technical requirements for diverse roles.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, and professional networks.
• Conduct thorough behavioral and technical screenings to assess cultural alignment and skill proficiency.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines for recurring and high-demand specialized positions.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding recruitment metrics, market trends, and hiring timelines.
• Facilitate the onboarding transition for successful hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within a BPO, RPO, or headhunting firm.
• Proven track record of hiring for diverse roles across IT, creative, administrative, and executive functions.
• Advanced proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse or Lever.
• Strong understanding of the Philippine labor market and competitive compensation trends.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for professional stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines while maintaining a high quality of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to the fast-paced nature of a scaling organization.
