Job summary

IQVIA is hiring a Records Management professional in the Philippines to support TMF quality checks and study teams across multiple projects. You will apply clinical records management expertise to ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements while coordinating with study teams in Metro Manila.

The role involves data management, training, and potential team leadership in records management tasks, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery within project plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Records management or related field.
• 3–4 years experience in a Records Management area.
• Strong knowledge of ICH, GCP and local laws, regulations and guidelines.
• Knowledge of technology applications relevant to records management environments.
• Data entry skills and general computer knowledge.
• Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks within defined timelines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stay focused under pressure.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent English communication.
• Ability to work with internal and external clients.
• Ability to lead others.
• Willingness to write and keyboard for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned complex administrative tasks to support team members with project execution.
• Assist in updating and maintaining complex data in systems within project timelines.
• Monitor filing accuracy and compliance to SOPs.
• Train team members on records management tasks, policies, and procedures.
• Establish and maintain effective internal and external client communications.
• Design and administer records management systems and processes.
• Ensure project deadlines and goals are met by monitoring daily outputs.
• Assist management with strategic goals, plans, cost proposals, and resource projections for records management projects.
• May function as team leader for records management projects.
