Job summary

JSBP CONSTRUKT INC is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator/Technical Office Engineer in the Philippines to support construction projects from tender through construction. You will perform quantity take-offs, prepare cost estimates and BOQs, review drawings, and develop technical proposals to guide cost control and procurement.

The role requires 5+ years in construction, a Civil Engineering degree, and proficiency in AutoCAD and related tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, or Technical Office Engineer in the construction industry.
• Graduate degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Proficiency in quantity take-off, detailed cost estimation, costing, and BOQ preparation.
• Ability to prepare and review technical drawings, engineering designs, and construction plans.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering/design software.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, variation orders, progress billings, and subcontractor evaluations.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, bid documents, and cost analyses.
• Strong analytical, technical, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, detailed cost estimates, cost analyses, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Prepare and review technical drawings, engineering designs, and construction plans.
• Develop technical proposals, bid documents, and supporting cost documentation.
• Review construction contracts, variation orders, progress billings, and subcontractor evaluations.
• Coordinate technical and commercial information to support project planning, procurement, and cost control.
• Maintain accurate project records and technical documentation.
