Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
• MRICS/RICS qualified or working towards accreditation.
• Strong commercial management expertise in contracts, risk, change control and cost optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with knowledge of sustainability, social value and carbon reduction.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration, including contracts, warranties, bonds and statutory documentation.
• Develop and manage high‑performing cost management teams, driving delivery excellence, KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Oversee valuations, cost control and monthly post‑contract reporting, providing clear client‑focused insights.
• Manage cost impacts arising from design changes, procurement decisions, construction activities and commercial risks.
• Direct assessment of claims, certifications, practical completion and final account close‑out processes.
• Champion best practice, digital transformation and net zero carbon objectives, enhancing project outcomes and stakeholder value.
