You will ensure accurate cost estimates, monitor budgets, manage billing, and keep financials audit-ready from bidding through close-out. You will supervise junior QS staff, coordinate with project, site, and procurement teams, review quotations, identify value engineering opportunities, and support contract evaluations and dispute resolution to protect

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all quantity surveying activities for assigned projects
• Prepare, review, and approve BOQs, cost estimates, and cost plans
• Oversee progress billings, variation orders, and final accounts
• Monitor project costs vs. approved budgets and prepare cost control reports
• Review contractor and supplier quotations and bid comparisons
• Assist in bidding and tender preparation through accurate estimates, BOQs, and quotation analysis
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Procurement during bid and project execution
• Validate quantities based on approved drawings and actual site conditions
• Identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure QS documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready
• Guide and supervise junior QS staff
• Assist in contract evaluations, claims, and dispute resolution
