The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree and 5+ years of quantity surveying experience, with proficiency in Excel and drawing software like AutoCAD/PlanSwift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant quantity surveying experience.
• Experience in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and billing.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and variances.
• Prepare and review progress billings and certificates.
• Verify quantities with site engineers and project team.
• Track variations, change orders, and cost calculations.
• Support procurement and material cost monitoring.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quantities and conditions.
• Review drawings and ensure accurate cost calculations.
• Maintain organized project records and documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, site engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
