Job summary

CPO ELECTRONICS PHILIPPINES INC' seeks an experienced Quality Supervisor for its modern plant in Lipa City, Batangas. You will lead quality initiatives, develop and monitor QC systems, inspect products, analyze data, and mentor staff to uphold high standards.

You will collaborate with engineering, production and procurement, ensure QMS compliance with regulations, and drive continuous improvement via Six Sigma and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quality Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of quality control methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and ISO standards.
• Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing and implementing quality control systems and procedures.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to join our dynamic team at CPO ELECTRONICS PHILIPPINES INC'. As our Quality Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of product quality and ensuring our manufacturing processes adhere to rigorous quality control measures. This full-time position is based in our state-of-the-art facility in Lipa City, Batangas.
