Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• 2-3 years experience with Epic or Nasco System.
• Advanced understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
• Experience leading testing projects and mentoring team members.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Description

As a Senior QA Analyst, you will lead comprehensive quality assurance initiatives for enterprise-level applications and serve as a testing subject matter expert. You will design advanced testing strategies, conduct complex system validations, and ensure quality standards across multiple projects and platforms. Your role involves leading risk assessment activities, establishing testing best practices, and providing technical leadership to QA team members. You will coordinate with senior stakeholders, manage testing deliverables, and drive continuous improvement in testing processes, methodologies, and team capabilities while ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional, integration, and user acceptance testing requirements.
