We are looking for a Systems Quality Assurance Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web-based systems through a combination of automated and manual testing. This role works closely with the Development Team to validate features, identify defects, and support continuous system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts (end-to-end, unit, and integration)
• Perform manual testing for new functionalities, enhancements, and bug resolutions
• Execute regression testing prior to system releases
• Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and resolve issues
• Document and track defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in test automation using Cypress or Playwright
• Hands-on experience in unit, integration, and regression testing
• Exposure to Django (Python), Vue.js, and/or React.js environments
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools)
• Working knowledge of Git/GitHub
• Basic SQL knowledge for data checking and validation

Preferred / Advantageous:

• Experience in API testing
• Understanding of CI/CD processes
• Background in Payroll or HRIS platforms
• Familiarity with Philippine labor regulations and taxation concepts
