STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS (S3) seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst in Makati to lead QA for healthcare systems (NASCO/EPIC). The role focuses on designing testing strategies, risk-based testing, and coordinating QA across multiple projects in a night-shift US timezone.

You will mentor QA staff, manage deliverables, and collaborate with architects and senior developers to ensure robust enterprise testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering required.
• 4–8 years in Software Quality Assurance.
• Advanced understanding of SDLC/STLC and QA methodologies.
• Experience leading testing projects and mentoring team members.
• Strong SQL and database testing experience.
• Experience with enterprise-level applications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
