BW Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a seasoned QC/QA Manager to lead the factory quality system, ensuring garments meet buyer specs from fabric inspection to final packaging. You will drive defect elimination, supervise floor inspection teams, and communicate with brand auditors to uphold stringent quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 8 years in quality management and garment manufacturing, plus 3+ years in a supervisory role, with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, and willingness

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in apparel quality control.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Certified in buyer-specific quality systems (highly preferred) or Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire factory quality system to guarantee all shipped garments meet buyer specifications and standards.
• Eliminate production defects through hands-on leadership.
• Manage floor inspection teams.
• Handle direct communications with brand auditors.
• Ensure quality is built into the garment at every stage from fabric inspection to final packaging.
• Minimize rework and scrap rates.
• Write clear audit reports.
• Negotiate quality parameters with both buyers and suppliers.
