Job summary

Private Advertiser in Pasig, Philippines is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead the QC team and ensure garments meet strict quality standards throughout production.

You will supervise inspectors, review garment construction and workmanship, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with Production, QA, Merchandising, and other departments to resolve issues and approve or reject finished goods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Garment Technology, Textile Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least five years in garment quality control with two years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, measurements, workmanship standards, fabrics, and common defects.
• Experience in start-up, first-bundle, inline, and final inspections.
• Knowledge of root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and preparation of quality reports.

Responsibilities
