Job summary

A leading garment manufacturer in Bulacan is seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Assistant Manager to ensure product quality meets buyer standards and international requirements. Responsibilities include supervising QA staff, troubleshooting quality issues, and monitoring quality KPIs. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2 years experience in quality assurance within a garment export company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
• Familiar with international buyer standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QA staff and ensure implementation of quality control procedures.
• Review and approve final samples, pre-production, and shipment pieces.
• Identify and troubleshoot quality issues on the production floor.
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive improvement plans.
• Train QA inspectors and sewing operators on quality standards.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced QALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANT MANAGER to oversee quality systems for our export garment production. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality meets buyer standards and international requirements across all production stages from raw material to final packing.

• Supervise QA staff and ensure strict implementation of quality control procedures across cutting, sewing, finishing and packing
• Review and approve final samples, pre-production pieces, and shipment pieces in coordination with buyers or QA auditors
• Identify and troubleshoot quality issues at the production floor and provide corrective/preventive actions
• Monitor quality KPIs (defect rate, defects per hundred units, pass rate, etc.) and drive improvement plans
• Collaborate with production, IE, and merchandising team and product and development team to resolve quality challenges
• Ensure buyer compliance with technical specifications and inspection protocols
• Train QA inspections and sewing operators on quality standards and procedures
• Communicate and prepare QA reports to management and buyers as required

Bachelors degree graduate (4 year course)preferably in Garment Technology, textile Engineering or related filed

Minimum 2 years experience in quality assurance in garments export company, with a least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.

Familiar with International buyer standards
