Job summary

A garment manufacturing company in Bulacan is seeking a proactive QUALITY ASSURANCE professional to oversee quality systems in garment production. You will monitor quality standards from raw material to final packing and ensure compliance with buyer standards. Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced QUALITY ASSURANCE to oversee quality systems for our export garment production. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality meets buyer standards and international requirements across all production stages from raw material to final packing.

• Monitor and ensure quality standards at every stage of production (cutting, sewing, finishing packing)
• Conduct in line, mid-line and final inspections based on AQL and buyer specific standards
• Identify defects and root causes, and work with production team for corrective actions
• Prepare QA reports and maintain documentation for audits and client reviews
• Coordinate with merchandising and production teams to align quality objectives
• Train production staff on quality requirements and best practices

• Bachelors degree graduate (4 year course) preferably in Garment Technology, textile Engineering or related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in quality assurance in garments export company, preferably high-end/export brands
• Strong knowledge of sewing techniques, garment construction, and finishing standards
• Attention to details and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and reporting skills
