Qualifications

- Familiar with international buyer standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise QA staff and ensure implementation of quality control procedures.
- Review and approve final samples, pre-production, and shipment pieces.
- Identify and troubleshoot quality issues on the production floor.
- Monitor quality KPIs and drive improvement plans.
- Train QA inspectors and sewing operators on quality standards.
