Greenplus Corporation in Laguna, Calamba, is seeking a QA/QC Analyst/Inspector to perform physicochemical and microbiological analyses for Food Supplement, Cosmetics, and related materials, including incoming raw materials, packaging, in-line, FG, R&D, and stability samples.
The role acts as technical counterpart to QA in Production Run Validation and ensures transfer of specifications to QA/QC, monitors stability studies, and coordinates third-party testing to maintain quality and compliance.
Performs physicochemical analysis for Food Supplement and Cosmetics Divisions, including incoming raw materials, packaging materials, in-line samples, FG samples, R&D samples, alternative samples, stability or shelf life study samples.
Serves as the technical counterpart of the QA Supervisor in Production Run Validation (Food Supplement/Food Beverage/Cosmetics).
Serves as the technical counterpart of the R&D in the review and transfer of approved Raw Material, Packaging Material, and Product Specifications to QA/QC Department following the successful Production Run Validation (Food Supplement/Food Beverage/Cosmetics).
Monitors ongoing stability/shelf-life Studies and Retention sample program (Food Supplement/Food Beverage/Cosmetics) including scheduled testing, sample status, documentation, and evaluation of expired materials reported by Warehouse.
Serves as technical reliever for the Micro Analyst, Phychem (Food Beverage) and Inspector across all Divisions, as required, to ensure continuity of QC Operations.
Coordinate ad monitors Third Party Laboratory Testing activities, including sample preparation and submission, testing status follow-up, receipt and review of test results, and proper filing and documentation of analytical reports.
BS Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, and any science related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Food Manufacturing, preferably in QA/QC Analyst or Inspector
Knowledgeable in Physicochemical and Microbiological Analysis.
Knowledgeable in the operation, GLP, GMP, HACCP, ISO, Halal and applicable food safety requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and technical communication skills.
