MicroSourcing seeks a Sr. QA Tester – Agentic Web Application to own functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for a healthcare web app with AI agents and external systems. You will ensure quality and provide coverage while the US team is offline.

You will build test plans, validate across browsers and APIs, test AI interactions, and develop automated tests using Playwright, pytest, and API tools in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Prior professional QA testing for production web apps with strong functional, exploratory, and regression testing skills.
• Hands-on experience with test automation and scripting using Playwright, pytest, or similar tools.
• Strong browser testing skills and ability to inspect network requests, API responses, and application behavior.
• Excellent written communication with clear, reproducible bug reports including expected vs actual results.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain practical test plans, test cases, and regression checklists for new features and releases.
• Test end-to-end workflows across browsers, APIs, databases, webhooks, background workers, queues, and integrations.
• Interact with voice-based AI agents and evaluate responses, tool usage, and workflow execution across scenarios.
• Develop and maintain automated QA scripts and tests, leveraging AI for efficiency and coverage.
