Beyond is hiring a senior, hands-on QA professional to join our delivery team working with a European private equity and alternative assets client. You'll help shape QA from the start and define testing approaches for modern web applications built with AI.

This role is an individual contributor at first, with room to grow the QA function over time. You will design automated test strategies using Playwright with TypeScript, lead AI testing for non-deterministic features, and integrate tests into

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Test Engineer with strong automated testing background.
• Hands-on testing experience for AI or LLM-enabled systems.
• Excellent communication with client stakeholders and teams.
• Willingness to stay hands-on while shaping ways of working.
• Experience with Playwright, TypeScript, Next.js, Claude Code, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and scale QA and test automation strategy.
• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites from scratch (Playwright/TS).
• Lead AI testing for AI/agentic features and non-deterministic behaviour.
• Utilize Claude Code to accelerate test creation and tooling.
• Develop agentic testing frameworks and QA tooling.
• Integrate API and end-to-end testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Present test strategies and risk assessments to client stakeholders.
• Ensure high quality within a regulated financial setting.
