• Professional QA testing experience on production web applications (functional, exploratory, and regression).
• Ability to trace issues beyond the UI across REST APIs, relational DBs (SQL), and asynchronous tasks/queues.
• Hands-on experience building and debugging automated tests with Playwright and pytest.

Responsibilities

Your Role

As a QA Tester - Agentic Web Application, you will:

• Execute end-to-end integration and exploratory testing across browser UIs, Flask APIs, asynchronous SQS queues, background workers, and external webhooks.
• Validate non-deterministic AI and voice agent behavior against functional invariants, guardrails, tool calls, and state persistence.
• Convert critical manual regression paths into robust, maintainable automated test suites using Playwright and pytest.
• Investigate system and integration failures deeply using browser developer tools, application logs, database state queries, and network payloads to isolate the exact defect boundary.
• Author clear, technically reproducible bug reports complete with root-cause indicators, network evidence, and severity classifications.
• Exercise complex system edge cases, including third-party EHR/FHIR integrations, delayed webhooks, retry mechanisms, rate limits, and partial provider outages.
• Leverage modern AI tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or ChatGPT) to rapidly generate test matrices, draft automation scripts, analyze stack traces, and accelerate QA delivery.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Professional QA testing experience on production web applications covering functional, exploratory, and regression testing.
• Strong ability to trace issues beyond the UI across REST APIs, relational databases (SQL), and asynchronous background tasks/queues.
• Hands-on experience building and debugging automated tests with Playwright and pytest (or equivalent modern automation frameworks).
• Demonstrated proficiency using modern AI developer/QA tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex) to augment test design, script generation, and failure analysis.
• Experience with browser developer tools, HTTP request/response inspection, payload debugging, and authoring clear, developer-friendly bug reports.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience testing LLM applications, conversational AI, voice agents, tool-calling systems, or non-deterministic agentic workflows.
• Background working in healthcare technology, specifically with EHR/FHIR standards, HIPAA compliance, or security-sensitive data.
• Proficiency querying PostgreSQL databases via SQL to verify data integrity and transactional state changes.
• Practical experience with AWS environments (CloudWatch logs, SQS, ECS, RDS) and event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with Python web stacks (Python 3.12+, Flask) and Docker-based local/staging environments.
